How Pacing Console and Link Console handle your data

Pacing Console and Link Console are operated by PlanConversion Inc., 44 Rue Alouette, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9A 3H3, Canada.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, job title, optional phone number and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
• Business details: business name, website, industry, company size, monthly ad spend range, country and currency.
• Advertising data you choose to send: campaign names and IDs, account names and IDs, spend and daily budgets for the current and past months.
• For LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), if you connect them: an access token with read-only ads reporting permission (LinkedIn r_ads_reporting, Meta ads_read), stored server side and never shown in the browser. We read campaign names and IDs, spend, results such as leads and conversions, and daily budgets. We never read personal profiles, messages, audiences or page content, and we never create or change ads on Meta or LinkedIn.
• For Link Console: the links your team builds (destination URLs, UTM and custom parameter values, notes, templates, naming rules) and, when the audit is on, the final URLs, tracking templates and URL suffixes of live Google Ads and Microsoft Ads ads.
• For Link Console short links: when someone opens a short link we record the time, the country, the referring website's domain and the device type (desktop, mobile or tablet). We do not store IP addresses or identify the person who clicked. Link previews and bots are not counted.
• For Link Console link health checks: once a day our checker opens each saved link and records the HTTP status, the final address after redirects and whether the UTM parameters survive. It identifies itself as LinkConsoleHealth.
• For the Link Console attribution check: the source, medium and campaign values and their counts from a GA4 or CSV file you upload, or from a CRM you connect (counts of contacts, pipeline and customers per value). We do not store individual contact records from the CRM; CRM credentials are encrypted.
• For the Link Console API and webhooks: a one-way hash of each API key (never the key itself), when it was last used, and the webhook address you set. Webhooks send link details to that address only.
• For the Link Console Chrome extension: the address of the tab you have open, only when you open the extension, to prefill the destination. Your sign-in is kept in the extension's local storage.
• For CRM connections, if you add one: an encrypted access key and counts of contacts by lifecycle stage and campaign. We do not store contact names or email addresses from your CRM.

How we use it

To run your workspace and show pacing. PlanConversion also records your sign-up details in its customer system so we can support your account. We send marketing email only if you opted in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

Sign-in cookies are always on because the app needs them. With your consent, we also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits, and HubSpot to connect visits to your PlanConversion contact record. Nothing analytics-related is stored until you press Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie choices link at the bottom of each page.

Who can see it

Only people in your workspace. Data is isolated per workspace at the database level. We do not sell your data. Our service providers are Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify (hosting), Mailgun (email), Stripe (payments for Pro; card details go to Stripe and never reach us) and HubSpot (PlanConversion's customer records).

Your choices

Remove a script, or disconnect LinkedIn, Meta or a CRM on the Connect page, to stop sending data. To access, correct or delete your account and workspace, email sattari@planconversion.com. We respond within 30 days.

Deleting your data

• Meta, LinkedIn or a CRM: press Disconnect on the Connect page. The access token is deleted from our database right away. You can also remove "PlanConversion Pacing Console" in Facebook under Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations, or in LinkedIn under Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services.
• Campaign data: spend and results already received stay in your workspace so past months keep their history, until you delete the workspace.
• Your whole workspace and account: email sattari@planconversion.com from your account's address and write "Delete my workspace". We delete the workspace, its campaigns, spend history, tokens and members within 30 days and confirm by email.
