Governed links, without the spreadsheet
Naming rules on every plan
Lowercase, one word separator, no accents or stray symbols, and required parameters. Values are cleaned as people type, so "LinkedIn" and "linkedin" never split your reports again.
Approved values and approvals
Lock source, medium or any parameter to an agreed list. When a teammate or agency needs a new value, they request it in the builder and the owner approves it once, for everyone.
Overview and hygiene score
One screen with your attribution hygiene score, clicks by day, top links, sources and mediums, what needs attention, and who on the team changed what.
Short links and editable QR codes
Short links with clicks by day, country, device and referrer. Change the destination after a QR code is printed. Design QR codes with your colors, dot style, a caption and, on Pro, your logo.
Ad account link audit
A free read-only script checks every live ad's final URL, tracking template and URL suffix in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads every hour, and flags untagged, malformed or duplicated UTMs.
Link health monitor
Every saved link is opened daily like a visitor would. 404s, errors, long redirect chains and redirects that strip your UTMs are flagged, and the team gets an email.
Attribution check for GA4 and the CRM
Upload a GA4 export or connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. See every spelling of each source and medium, how many sessions, contacts and pipeline sit in values that break the convention, and the fix list.
Spreadsheet check
Upload the UTM sheet your team uses today. Link Console checks every URL against your rules, fixes what it can, and imports the clean links into the shared history.
Templates, bulk builder and custom parameters
Save the settings for each channel, build hundreds of links from a CSV with every row checked, and add parameters beyond UTMs, such as region or Adobe's cid.
Branded domain and custom endings
Short links on your own domain, such as go.yourcompany.com, with readable endings like /webinar-q4.
API, webhooks and Chrome extension
Create links from your CMS or automation with the same rules, send every change to Zapier, Make or Slack, and build a link for any page from the browser.
Team history and change log
Every link with who built it, every edit with who made it, searchable and exportable. Owners, editors and viewers, with invite links.
Link Console and utm.io
Both build governed UTM links. Link Console also checks what actually runs in your ad accounts, what reaches GA4 and the CRM, and whether every saved link still works. utm.io prices from its public pricing page, November 2026.

Before you sign up
Is it really free?
Yes. The builder, naming rules, approved values, 100 short links a month and QR codes are free forever, for unlimited users. Pro is $29 USD per workspace per month, and every workspace starts with 2 months of Pro.
Do short links keep working if I move to Free?
Yes. Short links you created keep redirecting and counting clicks. Free only limits how many new short links you create each month.
Does it work with GA4?
Yes. Link Console writes standard UTM parameters that GA4, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce read. Clean values mean one row per source and medium in your reports.
How does the ad account audit work?
The free Google Ads and Microsoft Ads script from PlanConversion's Pacing Console reads each live ad's final URL, tracking template and URL suffix and checks them against your rules. It only reads; it never changes your ads.
How is it different from utm.io?
Both build governed UTM links. Link Console keeps naming rules and approvals free, prices Pro at $29 a month, and adds checks utm.io doesn't list: the live ad account audit, daily link health checks, and the GA4 and CRM attribution check. utm.io offers a Bitly integration and single sign-on, which Link Console doesn't.
Can I change where a printed QR code goes?
Yes, on every plan. Edit the link's destination and the short link and its QR code follow the new address. Every change is recorded with who made it.
Is it the same account as Pacing Console?
Yes. One PlanConversion account and one workspace work in both. Each product has its own free plan and its own Pro trial.
