Workspaces, roles and team members

A workspace holds one business's campaigns, links and settings, and its owner adds people with one-time invite links that make them an editor or a viewer.

Invite someone to your workspace

  1. Open the Team panel
In Pacing Console or Link Console, open Settings and scroll to Team. The note next to the title shows how many users the plan includes, for example "2 of 3 included users". Only the workspace owner sees the invite controls.
  2. Choose a role
Pick Viewer or Editor. In Pacing Console you can also add a note in Who is it for? (optional) so you recognize the invite later.
  3. Create the link
Press Create invite link. In Pacing Console, press Copy next to the new link. In Link Console the link is copied for you.
  4. Send it
Send the link by email or chat. It works once and expires in 14 days. The person signs in, or creates a free account, and joins your workspace.
  5. Manage people and open invites
In Pacing Console, Settings, Team, the owner changes a member's role with the menu next to their name or presses Remove. Unused invites are listed under Open invites with Copy link and Revoke. Members who are not the owner see Leave workspace.
  6. Switch between workspaces
If you belong to more than one workspace, a menu with each workspace name and your role appears above the page title in the dark top band. Pick one and the page reloads in that workspace.
